Introducing the New Homes Sales Team at Countrywide

By November 20, 2018 No Comments

We recently spoke to Helen Wagstaffe and Jamie Rabbitts from the New Homes Sales Team at Countrywide. If you are looking to view our show apartment and/or going through the purchasing process, these are the people you will be in touch with on a regular basis. So, we thought it would be nice to introduce them properly to you!

Helen Wagstaffe

Helen has worked for Countrywide for 15 months. She started on a development in Seaton as a New Homes Sales Negotiator, which was being built by a local developer, before transferring earlier this year to the main Hub in Exeter where she deals with all new home sales within the South West Region, including ours at Phoenix Court.

Helen enjoys working in the new property development market. She said “I think it is a very exciting market to be involved with as the homes we sell are beautiful, energy efficient and as they are new they are very low maintenance and cheaper to run than an older property. Also, because they are new the buyer can put their own stamp on the property knowing they are the first people to live there.”

We asked Helen what she loved most about the Phoenix Court development: “The high specification, general finish and the space you get for your money in the city centre with the added benefit of parking, which is difficult to get in Exeter. Additionally, the Help to Buy Scheme available at Phoenix Court has greatly helped many of our buyers get themselves onto the Exeter property market.”

Jamie Rabbitts

Jamie has been working at Countrywide RDS (Residential Development Solutions) for 18 months. He is a New Homes Sales Negotiator in a team that covers a large portion of the South West. Their developments range from St Ives all the way up to Bridgwater.

Jamie loves the fast-moving property market that allows him and the team to sell a variety of beautiful homes to all kinds of people. He is happy to be able to provide purchasers with a low maintenance, energy efficient property that they can call home.

As with Helen, we asked Jamie what he loved most about the Phoenix Court development: “There is a lot to love about the Phoenix Court development. Firstly, the location is close to the city centre with shops and amenities a short distance away. Secondly, the size, specification and finish of the properties are fantastic. You really do get a lot for your money. You also get parking with the apartments which is a precious commodity in Exeter. Lastly: the developer. Gould Homes have been fantastic in their progression of this development. The developer really feels like someone you can trust for peace of mind and great quality. The properties at Phoenix Court are fantastically priced and offer opportunities for both investors and first-time buyers. The Help to Buy Scheme has been a great initiative and has helped many of our purchasers get onto the property ladder.”

Thank you to Helen and Jamie. We hope you enjoy meeting and chatting with them when purchasing your Phoenix Court apartment!
